HAAGE - Model DA 40.10 -Automatic Distillation Machine
The HAAGE DA 40.10 is a distillation unit engineered with an integrated microprocessor control system and an embedded industrial-grade MS-Windows 7 PC. It is preprogrammed with essential distillation parameters for various boiling point groups, making it a versatile tool for the distillation of products, solvents, and crude oils. This unit allows for the networking of multiple individual devices with a central PC, facilitating streamlined data management. All pertinent distillation data can either be stored on the built-in PC or externally. Designed to comply with industry standards, the HAAGE DA 40.10 caters to specific process requirements while offering flexibility through its standard equipment and the possibility for customization. Ideal for industrial applications, this distillation unit emphasizes both operational precision and data integrity.
The HAAGE DA 40.10 automatic distillation machine has a microprocessor control and an integrated industrial MS-Windows© 7 PC. The device is pre-programmed with all the necessary distillation parameters for the individual boiling groups. Several individual devices can be networked with a central PC if required. All relevant distillation data is stored on the built-in PC or externally.
For distillation of products, solvents and crude oils in accordance with the standards:
- ASTM D86 Group 0,1,2,3: Distillation of hydrocarbons up to 300°C FBP, all types of gasolines, aviation fuels, turbine fuels and more
- ASTM D86 Group 4: Distillation of diesel fuels, gas oil, heating oils, heavy oil products, etc. up to 450°C FBP
- ASTM D1078 Group Solvents (Visual - manual dry point determination)
