1.High-Speed Dispersion
The jet mixer first accelerates water flow to hydraulically break down chemicals (PAC, PAM, etc.) into fine particles. This process increases surface area by 300% compared to traditional mixing.
2.Three-Stage Solution Preparation
Next, the solution flows through three tanks:
- Preparation Tank: Dissolves 90% of chemicals within 2 minutes (vs. 10 minutes in conventional systems).
- Curing Tank: Uses gravity separation to remove undissolved residues automatically.
- Dosing Tank: A slow-speed mixer finally ensures uniform concentration (±2% variance).
