Drawing on our experience in collecting and sorting used tyres, we have been working for many years to develop a tool capable of simplifying operations.

The MTP-TRI machine facilitates and automates the switch of tyres to the destinations corresponding to the exit criteria configured and defined by market needs (PR, PUNR).

The 100% vision Artificial Intelligence analysis system is based on:

• laser measurement of residual depths,
• AI analysis of tire sidewall images.

Thought out and built to meet the needs of sorters, MTP-TRI aims to improve working conditions, specifically by automatically removing tyres by up to 30%, thus increasing visibility on recovery.

Designed to be simple and quick to set up and use, the machine allows sorting data to be fed back in real-time and improves sorting quality.
