JMF - Basket Filters
JMF-Filters B.V. it advises, produces and supplies this high-quality basket filter and can even be mounted on the wall. It comes with a flip-up lid, allowing quick and easy maintenance with minimal downtime. The contaminated liquid flows through the inlet into the basket filter and goes through the basket, where the solid parts and pollution will remain, so that the clean water or liquid can leave the filter via the outlet. The system is cleaned when the build-up of the solid parts causes a pressure difference. The filter housing should be cleaned in the absence of pressure and with the filter open. After emptying and cleaning, the whole can be placed back in the system and the filtration process can start again.
This type can be delivered in:

- Stainless steel 316
- Duplex 2205
- Polyurethane coating (class ISO 12944)
The system is suitable for a flow of 1 to 400 m3 / hr and with a selectivity and micronage of standard 1,000, 2,000 & 3,000 microns. But we can also adapt the filter basket Custom Made to larger or smaller perforation.
The connection size can vary from DN50 to DN150, but here again we can adjust the dimensions and manufacture Custom Made at the customer’s request. As a filtration specialist, we always offer according to the customer’s wishes.
