SYPRO - Model Dual 200-2F -Blister Feeder System
The SYPRO Dual 200-2F is an advanced blister feeder system tailored for versatile applications, notably in multi-phase blister production. This model features two distinct format cassettes enabling simultaneous yet independent control of multiple product formats within a single machine setup. The unit integrates with both intermittent plate sealing and continuous rotary sealing blister machines, operating through both continuous and intermittent motions. It incorporates a range of functional components such as tray separators, filling shoes, and a drive assembly, fostering efficient and precise product arrangement. Its human-machine interface, safety guard, and self-contained operation, supported by individual cam signal control, make it suitable for a range of complex packaging tasks. Communication with the blister machine is solely through signal exchange, maintaining comprehensive operation without direct physical integration.
2F stands for 2 formats. The Sypro® Dual 200-2F can be equipped with two separate format cassettes allowing to feed two or more different products in one blister. The format cassettes are mechanically separated. The power unit drives both formats simultaneously. However, the individual formats are controlled independently by own cam signals. Since the two formats feed the products into the blister web successively, the signals are also releasing them in succession.
The Sypro® Dual 200-2F is particularly suitable for the production of multi-phase blisters and blisters with different product arrangements.
The system runs on intermittent as well as continuous motion blister machines. The functions are identical to our model Sypro® Dual 200.
The feeder system is a self-contained unit that communicates with the blister machine only via signals.

Intermittent blister machines (plate sealing):
- Sweep movement of the X-Y axis after or during the placement of the products in the blister pocket. The sweep movement can be
- adjusted in length and angle.
- Web shrinking compensation optionally available.
- It is selectively possible to fill the products during each sealing cycle or to fill a double cycle every second sealing cycle. The maximum numbers of cycles of the feeder are 60 feeding cycles, thus up to 120 sealing cycles per minute.
Continuous motion blister machines (rotary sealing):
- 100% synchronization with the web-speed. The speed of the web car i be varied between 0-20m / min. during operation.
- Pocket edge-triggering or blister machine signal-triggering optionally configurable.
- The length of the feeding cycle can be adjusted independently of the deep drawing cycle to the required feeding rate.
