Rieger BioCheck - Bottle System

The BioCheck Bottle System is engineered for sampling in sealed systems, such as tanks and pipelines, ensuring simple and safe procedures. This sterile valve system emphasizes a compact, aseptic design that allows for straightforward integration into both sterile and CIP/SIP circuits, facilitating contamination-free sampling. It offers steam sterilization capabilities at 135°C for short durations of approximately 20 minutes. The system includes various heads and nozzles, like the withdrawal head with two welding ends and the tapping head with clamp nozzles conforming to DN 10 DIN 32676 Ø 34 mm standards, to support diverse applications. Made available in special alloys such as Hastelloy® C-22 and AL-6XN®, this system meets demanding industrial requirements. The design ensures the sampling processes remain isolated from the product, thus maintaining integrity and reliability.
