Model OMA-300 -Chlorine Process Analyzer
Harnessing the power of full-spectrum acquisition, the OMA measures chlorine concentration from high percent levels to trace ppm with seamless accuracy. To measure chlorine concentration, the OMA detects the distinctive absorbance curve of pure Cl2 and mathematically isolates this structure from the total sample absorbance and correlates the intensity of this curve directly to real-time chlorine concentration. Various industrial processes require continuous monitoring of chlorine compounds’ concentrations for healthy operation. The connecting concern between all these applications is that the monitoring instrument is proofed against the highly corrosive chlorine compounds. Additionally, as some of these compounds are notorious for toxicity and/or explosiveness, chlorine compound analysis systems must be designed to prioritize operator safety.
