Model phoenix Blu 12 -Class B Autoclave

The phoenix Blu 12 autoclave is the smallest and most compact version of our class B autoclaves but with the same functions and components as the 18 and 24 liter versions. aestheticis suitable for sterilizing any type of instrument at 134 °C or 121 °C in just 15 minutes. The new 12 liter version of the Phoenix Blu autoclave has the same features and components as the 18-24 liter version, but with a smaller sterilization chamber. This allowed us to reduce the external dimensions of the autoclave. ’autoclave, so that it can be positioned in small studios and is perfect above all for the aesthetic sector. It is equipped with the same vacuum pump and steam generator as the larger versions, but the reduced capacity of the chamber allows to speed up the phase of fractional vacuum and thus to be able to complete a class B sterilization cycle in just 15 ’ *.

LCD DISPLAY
The multilingual display shows the graph of the cycle in use and provides the operator with instantaneous data, on the pressure or temperature inside the chamber or on the function in progress. In addition, the screen shows warning / error messages assisted by an audible alarm.

STAND-BY
With the stand-by function, the sterilization chamber is heated in order to eliminate the heating operation and save about 10-15 minutes on the next sterilization cycle and to prevent the formation of humidity during the cycle night. DRYING

the Phoenix Blu autoclave you decide how long the cycles will
last. Enough with the preset cycles, for each sterilization cycle you can select the drying time at will (1-5-10 min.)

USB PORT & BUILT-IN PRINTERThe Phoenix Blu 12 autoclave is available in 3 differentversions: phoenix Blu 12 - phoenix Blu 12 USB -phoenix Blu PRINTER 12 The phoenixBlu 12 USB version is the special version of our autoclave equipped of USB PORT. Just insert the key supplied in the appropriate port to save and archive the sterilization data indefinitely. Also saving large quantities of paperand with an eye to the environment. The phoenix Blu PRINTER 12 versionIt is equipped with a USB port and integrated printer for automatic printing of the sterilization data on thermal paper. It will thus be possible tofile the various receipts to prove that the sterilization has been completed and the result.

ULTRA RAPID STEAM GENERATOR
The new Phoenix Blu are equipped with an external steam generator of the latest generation, an ULTRA RAPID generator.This feature has the benefit of reducing the filling times of the sterilization chamber, and therefore of the entire cycle, but above all it ensures that the water is transformed into steam in a very short time, and thus prevents limescale from settling inside.Moreover, withthe cleaning cycle of the generator it is possible to remove any impurities and thus increase the life useful of this fundamental component.
QUALITY AND SPEED
The main characteristics required by each user are quality and speed. The new Phoenix Blu has been designed trying to fully satisfy these two characteristics. In fact, in our autoclaves they can only be found high quality components. But not only that, the whole autoclave and the positioning of each single component have been carefully studied to try to reduce ordinary and extraordinary maintenance times to a minimum. DOUBLE
HEAD VACUUM PUMP The vacuum pump
represents the most important element of the whole autoclave, as it
regulates the function of the vacuum, a fundamental phase for a class B sterilization cycle. On our autoclaves we only mount high-efficiency double-headed pumps (3 Fractionated Vacuum).

INDEPENDENT AND INSPECTIONABLE TANKS
The two independent tanks for distilled water and used water can be
easily inspected through the upper cover, which is anchored by simple screws. In fact, it is enough to unscrew them to access the tanks so as to carry
out the normal maintenance operations very quickly. The autoclave is also equipped with a water quality control system which checks the conductivity of the distilled water and displays an error message if
the value
is greater than 15 μs. / WATER Autoclave is equipped with 2 condensers: The first serves to recondense the steam in the water, the second has the function of separating the water from the air. This function is very important, because it prevents the steam and / or further (corrosive) liquids
