1. Sample Material: aqueous and most of organic solutions

2. Handling capacity : 50-2000ml/h

3. Temperature setting range: inlet 60~250°C.

4. Drying time: 1.0~1.5 second.

5. Controller: Color LCD touch screen parameters display (display inlet and outlet temperature, peristaltic pump speed, oxygen concentration, deblocker frequency).

The peristaltic pump enters the sample liquid from the container through the nozzle into the drying chamber, and the compressed nitrogen will enter the drying chamber from the outer casing to make the liquid particulates. 

The heated nitrogen enters the upper layer and meets the liquid particulates after spraying, and the particles begin to dry.

The dried powder particles are separated from the exhaust gas through the cyclone separator and enter the collection bottle. 

The solvent is then recovered by condensation in the refrigeration unit, and clean nitrogen is transferred to the next cycle.
