XPATHModel XP-Line -CNC Machine

SHARE
The XP-Line model is intended for a very wide range of users and is suitable for individuals and companies who need a reliable and user-friendly 3-axis CNC machine for processing various soft materials such as wood, plastic, and various composites. It is a very versatile machine and suitable for various products. The configurator also allows you to choose various additional equipment such as HIWIN linear technology, a stand, an aluminum table, a vacuum table, and other accessories. We recommend that you choose our Plug&Play electrical cabinet along with the machine, otherwise, we will not be able to advise or provide assistance with the AXBB-E controller and its operation.

Modular design

It is designed when you use it as a table cutter, there is no need for additional leveling feet, which causes additional vibrations. Simply fix the machine to the surface as much as possible, allowing it to operate without unnecessary vibrations.

Closed-loop motors

Closed-loop motors technology merges the benefits of stepper and servo motor technology. They run more smoothly and have a lower resonance than stepper motors, provide position feedback and control, feature short settling times, and exhibit no step loss at all. They are running quiet, and a high load tolerance is required. Compared to servo motors, they have advantages due to their high torque at low speeds, short settling times, and correct positioning without a back leash.

Ball screws

Ball screw spindles are positioned so that they are hidden from direct dirt, dust, and chips. In addition, they are fixed with one fixed and one floating bearing FF/FK series. We use pitch 10mm for X, Y, and pitch 5mm for Z-axis.

Z-Axis slider is made from a 15mm thick aluminum plate and designed to be combined with 15mm linear guides and ball-screw 16x5mm. It is strong and extremely rigid. From the left and right sides are prepared holes in case you want to use Dust-shoe socket and a few additional holes for mounting the laser head or coolant lubrication system.

Base legs

Base legs are made from 60x60mm iron steel tube with predrilled holes for assembly on the base frame and connecting profiles are made of 50x30mm tube. Adjustable leveling feet has 80mm feet diameter. If you order a leg kit you will get approx 900mm top high of your working table. Finish is black RAL 9005.

Aluminum table

Aluminium table is a great choice because you will get more weight on the base frame and more rigid and stable construction. You will also get a more functional clamping area for the workpiece. Assemble it from 180x20x3,6mm aluminium profiles. The slots for clamping are 10mm.

Spindle

For the spindle, you can select G-Penny 2.2kW ER20 220V , Spinogy X22 2.2kW ER25 220V or Hiteco 3kW S-13/18 24 ER25 380V air-cooled square spindle. All of spindle is a great all-rounder spindle with a large specter of use. G-Penny came with HY VFD, Spinogy and Hiteco came with Hitachi S-1 and all was pre-programmed for immediate use.

Electrical cabinet

The electrical cabinet has an outer dimension of 600x600x200mm(H x W x D) and you can mount it on predrilled holes on the base frame leg or on the wall. On each cable, you will see a GX connector with different pins and a mark where it belongs so you can`t do anything wrong.

Shipment

Before we ship CNC to a new customer we fully assembly the base frame and all axis together and made a test if everything is on the square and OK. We put our CNC on wooden boxes and primary secure all sensitive parts. Basically, we made almost all job for you! If you order with base leg or electrical cabinet, you will assembly easily because is made very simple. All Our CNC machines are shipped fully assembled with the Eurosender platform via freight. You will need a couple of people to get the CNC out from the pallet to the table you plan to put it on.
