Burgener - Compact Fully Automatic Bagging Machine for Clean Rooms
The compact fully automatic bagging machine is designed for industries that demand precision and cleanliness, including chemical, pharmaceutical, and food sectors. Engineered to minimize its footprint, the machine efficiently handles bags through its stainless steel housing, which also serves to minimize dust emissions, making it suitable for clean room operations. The machine integrates multiple modules, including two magazines for empty bags, a labelling unit with a printer, a bag handling module, a bag filling module with a scale, and a robust sealing unit. It aligns with various industry standards such as FDA, CE, and GXP, and is versatile enough to be adapted for specific packaging needs. Its modular design allows for optional features like Stratapac bags, enhancing its customizability and efficiency for diverse applications.

Besides the purpose of the machine, one requirement was at the top of the list: Keep the footprint of the machine as small as possible. The result is the compact bagging machine. The stainless steel housing serves to contain dust emissions in the environment and can be used in clean rooms. To ensure all functions, the machine is equipped with various modules:
