  1. Design Parameters: Industrial towers: Wet-bulb temperature τ = 28?, cooling tower temperature drop: 10~25?. 
  2. Civil towers: Wet-bulb temperature τ = 28?, cooling tower temperature drop: 5~8?. When selecting a tower, the cooling water volume Q, inlet water temperature t1, outlet water temperature t2, and wet-bulb temperature T must be known. The cooling tower material can withstand temperatures as low as -50?. However, for areas where the average temperature of the coldest month is below -10?, this should be specified when ordering to ensure anti-icing measures are implemented.
  3. The turbidity of the circulating water should not exceed 50 mg/L, and for short periods should not exceed 100 mg/L. It should not contain oil or mechanical impurities. Algae control and water quality stabilization measures should be implemented if necessary.
  4. The inlet and outlet pipes of the cooling tower can rotate at 90°, 180°, and 270°.
  5. The water distribution system is designed based on the nominal water flow rate. If the actual water flow rate differs from the nominal flow rate by more than ±15%, this should be specified when ordering so that some data can be adjusted.
  6. The inlet water temperature of the cooling tower should not exceed 60?. If it exceeds 60?, this should be specified when ordering.
  7. The fan blade installation angle is adjustable, but the angle must be kept consistent. The motor current must not exceed the motor`s rated current.
  8. The fan can be temporarily reversed at low speed to de-ic.
  9. When using the cooling tower`s water tray as a water pool, an "automatic water supply pipe," "rapid water supply pipe," "sewage pipe," and "overflow pipe" must be installed separately. This must be specifically requested when ordering, and the cost will be calculated separately. 
  10. The motor and fan are supplied as a set. On-site installation or technical guidance from our factory is required.
