Enerzip - Model EZ-SC -Diesel Engine Horizontal Split Case Pumps

Enerzip EZ-SC Series Diesel Engine Horizontal Split Case Pumps are designed for high-flow water transfer and high-head pumping applications. The series covers 4 inch to 12 inch, DN100 to DN300, with flow rates from 25 m³/h up to 2350 m³/h and heads from 8.9 m up to 174 m. Main models include EZ-SC100, EZ-SC150, EZ-SC200, EZ-SC250 and EZ-SC300.

The horizontal split case structure allows technicians to open the upper pump casing and inspect the impeller, shaft, wear rings and seals without disconnecting the suction and discharge pipelines or moving the diesel engine. This helps reduce maintenance time for pump stations, flood control projects and industrial water systems.

The pump uses a dual-suction impeller design to improve hydraulic balance, reduce axial force and lower vibration during operation. This design helps extend the service life of bearings and mechanical seals, especially in long-running and high-flow applications.

Enerzip selects diesel engines according to the pump duty point, shaft power, pump efficiency, operating hours, ambient temperature and altitude. Available engine options include Cummins, Perkins and Weichai, with recommended diesel engine power from 10 kW to 1400 kW depending on the pump model and working condition. DSE or SmartGen controllers can be configured for engine monitoring, pressure sensing, automatic start and stop, alarm protection and safe shutdown.

The EZ-SC Series is suitable for municipal drainage, flood control, river water intake, long-distance water transfer, industrial cooling circulation, refinery and steel plant water supply, construction dewatering, mining drainage, agricultural irrigation and emergency water supply projects.

They can be used for municipal drainage, flood control, river water intake, long-distance water transfer, agricultural irrigation, industrial cooling circulation, construction dewatering, mining drainage and emergency water supply.

For urban drainage and flood control, the EZ-SC Series can move large volumes of water quickly during heavy rainfall, tunnel flooding or low-lying area drainage. For industrial sites such as steel plants, refineries, chemical plants and factories, the pump can support cooling water circulation and continuous process water supply. In agricultural and remote areas, the diesel engine drive makes the unit practical where grid power is unstable or unavailable.
