Disc Diffusers

Manufactured in two sizes of different unit air capacity, they cover tanks of any size and shape. The micro-perforated membrane combines high efficiency in the transfer of oxygen and low head loss. The most commonly used material for the membranes is EPDM rubber. Membranes made from other materials are, however, available upon request for applications in particularly aggressive wastewater. The disc diffusers may be supplied loose, or organised into systems or networks. S.C.M. Tecnologie’s internal technical department designs aeration systems with diffusers for different types of tanks and treatments.
