ECOKRAFT - Model DS25 -Dosing System
The ECOKRAFT DS25 dosing system enables the precise addition of special binder to the starting material before pelletizing. With the help of a potentiometer, the amount of binder can be adjusted quickly and easily. The dosing system consists of a base frame, a control cabinet, a vibration motor, a storage container for approx. 25 kg of binder, a visual warning system and notification by SMS when a critical quantity is reached. This ensures a high level of user-friendliness. The addition of binder can significantly improve the pellet quality.
The ECOKRAFT DS25 dosing system is a solution for adding additives to the feedstock to increase the quality of the pellets. The binder is fed directly on the discharge from the material hopper to the pellet mill. The large hopper allows easy filling of the raw material to be metered. Due to its compact and mobile design, the feeder can be flexibly positioned next to the discharge.
