ARICON - Model FD-C -Dosing Tank
Dosing tank, type FD-C is characterised by its variety. All tanks are made of high quality “LLD-PE” (low-linear density polyethylene), they are chemical-resistant, UV- stabilised and food safe. Tanks in white (transparent) and black are available on stock. The mounting plate is inflexible and strong. Type FD-C has a high wall thickness, a smooth inner surface, is absolutely seamless and has a moulded-in female thread ¾” on the bottom. The bottom area has 4 inlays in order to connect it to the ground (please order fitting angles separately).
Available accessories are: cylindrical and rectangular collecting units, hand mixers, hand stirrers, pumps, fittings, PE-mounting plates and pipes.

The raw material “polyethylene” is resistant to most chemicals. ARICON only uses high quality “LLD-PE” (low-linear density polyethylene) for all products. Information about the consistency can be found in the chemical resistant chart for common material in the download section. All dosing tanks are form-stable in a temperature range from -30°C to +60°C. In combination with our dosing tanks FD-C, we recommend the use of a steam drum, type SBO. The double-wall prevents accidently leaking substances. This is a safety aspect when dealing with water harmful liquids and complies with the requirements of the federal water law (WHG). In addition, ARICON offers more than 40 types of collecting trays with the certification of DIBt.
Collecting trays WR, safety trays WRL and safety palettes have a setup surface of 1200x2000mm and can be used for several container combinations. ARICON Kunststoffwerk GmbH is manufacturer of high quality storage tanks, collecting units, steam drums and formwork-series. The production site is located in Solingen, Germany. All products are manufactured by rotational moulding process, which creates seamless and long lasting products.
