ARICON - Model FD-I -Dosing Tank
The dosing tank FD-I is made of “LLD-PE (low-linear density polyethylene) and is chemically resistant, UV- stabilized and food safe. This dosing tank is seamless, has a smooth inner surface and is very robust, due to a high wall thickness. The FD-I was developed for processes with aggressive substances and can be used for water treatment. This tank has a moulded-in female thread ¾” on the bottom, which can be drilled open. The lifted mounting surface has sintered brass nuts for a simple connection with dosing pumps.
ARICON tanks are made for plant engineering and processes with liquids and bulk materials. The production site is in Solingen, Germany. Our dosing tanks are produced seamless in a rotation moulding process made of high quality polyethylene. They are almost strain-less, with a high wall thickness and a smooth inner surface. ARICON is QM-certified. We offer a high quality and produce individual products by customer request, starting with your idea, model or drawing. Our qualified team will advice and support you throughout all the project stages.
The material used is called “LLD-PE (low-linear density polyethylene), which is chemically resistant and food safe. Our PE- tanks can be set up outside, they are form-stable in a temperature range from -30 ° C up to +60° C. The standard colour of the dosing tanks is transparent (white), which allows the filling level to be observed from the outside. Tanks in black are useful for light sensitive material. Dosing tanks with cylindrical collecting units of the type SBO and CTB prevent accidently leaking substances. This is a safety aspect when dealing with water harmful liquids and complies with the requirements of the federal water law (WHG).
By using a combination of dosing tank type FD-I and a tray / pallet (WR, WRL and WRP), the complete combination will get the certification of DIBt. Dosing tanks and collecting units are available on stock.
NEW – Dosing tank, type FD-L – with a volume of 1100 to 3000 litres!
