This series of pumps features a simple structure. Dredging pumps with a diameter of 500WN or less adopt a single-casing, single-stage, single-suction cantilevered horizontal structure. Two typical structures are available for gearbox connection: one with a built-in bracket and the other integrated with the pump housing. The bracket-type pump uses either grease or oil lubrication, and the shaft seal employs a mechanical seal or a mechanical seal plus packing composite seal. Dredging pumps with a diameter of 600WN or greater, specifically the WN-type in-chamber pump, adopt a double-casing, single-stage, single-suction cantilevered horizontal structure with a built-in bracket and forced thin oil lubrication.
