The unique rail system ensures very low friction, partly because of this it is possible to make tunnels of 50 meters in length. The planetary drive is directly connected to the shaft and pulls the perforated plates forward via an industrial chain. This direct drive in combination with the forced tilting is maintenance-free.
There are various options for dosing the product on the dryer. A swivel belt is used for poultry manure, which doses the product lightly and evenly onto the plates. A swing mixer is used for applications where liquids are dried.
