Fabrication process: hand lay up over mold or contact molded. Fabrication of various shapes including round, rectangular, square and custom. Customized design options that are configurable to suit users’ needs and product specifications. Standard lengths: 20 feet and 38 feet. Engineered for vacuum and pressure. Fabricated using only premium vinylester resins and C-glass, synthetic veils and E-glass structural reinforcements. Fire retardant and UV inhibitor available. Class 1 flame spread rating of less than 25 as per ASTM E-84.
