FlocmixModel IM3 / IM3E -Dynamic Inline Mixer

SHARE

The Flocmix®IM3 is a dynamic inline mixer that was specially developed for mixing polymer flocculants for solid/liquid separation in sewage sludge dewatering. This high-intensity mixer is designed to mix flocculants into liquid flows and optimally condition the sewage sludge. The flocculant is intensively mixed into the passing sludge stream by the rotating inoculation mixer using a thin-film process. The patented inline motor mixer of the FLOCMIX®IM3 type is available in various sizes for pipe nominal diameters DN 100 to DN 300.

Our in-line motor mixer Flocmix®IM3E was specially developed to enable particularly economical operation of the machine technology. Similar to the IM3, the IM3E is a dynamic in-line motor mixer designed for mixing flocculants for solid/liquid separation. This high-intensity mixer was specially designed for mixing flocculants into low-viscosity thin sludge and is mainly used in municipal and industrial applications for wastewater treatment and sludge dewatering. The flocculant is intensively mixed into the passing liquid stream by the rotating inoculation mixer using the thin film process. The in-line motor mixer FLOCMIX®IM3E is designed and optimized for pipelines with a nominal diameter of DN100.
