Utility Concrete Products has secured the Quality Certification of the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) and is a PCI (Precast / Prestressed Concrete Institute) Certified Plant. The NPCA and PCI independently, in conjunction with nationally recognized engineering firms, have developed certification programs dedicated to setting the highest standards for plant facilities, production operations and quality control procedures. In annual inspections by NPCA, and a minimum of two annual inspections by PCI, the independent nationally accredited engineering firms grade our plant with high standards on various critical aspects of plant operation, including safety, materials, mixing and batching, production practices and quality control. The certification programs continue to build specifier confidence in precast concrete and has established the material as one of choice, built to exacting standards in factory conditions.
