This system is designed to electronically clean filters commonly used in agricultural irrigation. The washing mechanism shown in the image can be used for systems with up to three filters. The system operates based on time and pressure difference; the number of hours the filters will run and the number of seconds to wash the filters between each wash can be adjusted using the adjustment mechanisms on the control board. Additionally, it can be used based solely on pressure difference without any time setting. Powered by four medium-sized batteries or a 12V DC adapter, it offers ease of use to meet the needs of every user.

PANEL DESCRIPTION:

The filter automation panel is manufactured according to the desired number of filters, ranging from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 10. Each solenoid on the panel controls a backwash valve. Based on the signal received, each valve flushes the filler it is connected to in sequence. Manual flushing is possible without waiting for the set time. Manual flushing can be performed manually on the control board or at desired intervals using the on/off switch on each valve`s solenoid. The panel includes pneumatic nipples ready to receive inlet and outlet pressures, as well as high and low pressure signals. When installing the filtration system, the necessary hoses are connected to the pneumatic nipples on the panel. After installing the batteries or connecting the adapter, the desired settings can be made. The cover should be carefully closed and contact with water should be avoided
