Model Universal Type -Filter Bag Unit
Bag filter (filter unit) is universal type of equipment which is designed for air cleaning with temperature up to +270oC and original dusting up to 100 g/m3. Bag filters belong to a group of “dry type” highly efficient dust collector. Dust output after the filtering process is not more than 10 mg/m3, but fresh air after cleaning process is 99%. These filters are effective, economic, durable and reliable in use.
Bag filters are often used at food enterprises, tobacco factories, metallurgical, petrochemical, mining, cement, flour-and-cereals, and chemical and woodworking industries, ferroalloy plants, in producing of glass, plastic, carbon black. Filter for air cleaning is set into the aspiration system, dust purification units and other systems of air cleaning from a dust and technological gases.
Filter bag is the main element of Bag filter, is the subject to wear and is removable construction component. The material for filter bag is chosen depending on the operating conditions of the Bag filter. Reliable operation of the Bag units essentially depend on the quality of bags sewing, as they are exposed to repeated cycles of regeneration, that is the impact on the filter bags of different shaking mechanisms, shock effects of compressed air pulses or blowback. Reliability of operation is provided by manufacturing of product from the high quality materials with the help of modern technological equipment.

Filter bag has rather simple configuration: consists of bottom and top part, moreover top part is opened and often includes different additional fixing units. They can be spring or metal rings, and other sealing elements. Bottom part can be either opened or closed (stitched or bottom cap is sewn in).
