Model F800 AS -Filter Press
In addition to the production of traditional manual and semi-automatic filter-presses, FILTRI FAZZINI offers a series of filter-presses with simultaneous discharge, with a fully automatic cycle, for the dewatering of sludge having a high degree of filterability, in particular those coming from glassworks, quarries, foundries, ceramic industries and granite, marble and aggregate processing.
This series of machines called A / S (Simultaneous Opening) is produced in versions from 10 to 35 plates according to the size of the machine chosen and can be applied to both small and large systems. The filters of the AS series, while exploiting the same operating principle of the traditional filter-presses produced by FILTRI FAZZINI, are equipped with devices and technical solutions that make it possible to simultaneously open the plates and automatically detach the exhausted panel, in fact completely opening of the filter pack a special plate shaking device allows the complete detachment of the dehydrated cake.
