KES Separation - Filter Press System

During drilling operation, the OBM drilling cuttings need to be collected and treated at the same time. Because of the contamination to the soil, OBM cuttings cannot drop to ground. The OBM cuttings can be collected by screw conveyors, and further dried by vertical cutting dryer; more drilling fluids can be recovered and pump back to active tank system. We normally call it on-line treatment system to OBM cuttings.

For spent water-based mud, it normally will be drop into the mud pit for storage. The Chinese government began to require contractors to deal with spent WBM several years ago. With the emergence of more environmental problems, more countries in the World put regulations in the treatment of spent WBM.

Based on our former experience in China domestic market, KES Separation Design filter press system with dosing unit to achieve a bigger treating capacity; the working performance has been verified and the user can get dry solids mud cake and clean water.
