Model F800 AC -Filter Presses
The AC series completes the range of traditional filter presses always with lateral beams produced by FILTRI FAZZINI. Made on the model of manual and semi-automatic machines, the AC (Automatic-Contemporary) filter press stands out for being a fully automatic machine without the need for any operator supervision and is intended for those filtration cycles, both in process plants and of purification, characterized by a low degree of filterability and therefore of medium or long duration. The AC series is applied exclusively in the filter press versions equipped with automatic shake-off, that is, F800, F1000, F1200 and also F1500, regardless of the length of the machine, therefore applicable in both small and large plants.
The filters of the AC series, starting from the same operating principle of the traditional filter presses made by FILTRI FAZZINI, have been equipped with technical solutions that make it possible to remove the plates and at the same time the automatic detachment of the exhausted panel, in fact to the partial movement of the single plate performed a special plate flapping device with pneumatic pistons intervenes from the side carriages which allows the complete detachment of the dehydrated cake. The high degree of synchronization and the practically continuous automatic operation, controlled and managed as standard by a Siemens PLC and monitored on request by special optical sensors for controlling the cake fall,
