FTEN-1000 is an innovative range of filled fluoropolymers with exceptional physical and mechanical properties developed by Fluorten.
The use of selected raw materials and their transformation through processes optimized over the years guarantee the quality of FTEN grades. These materials are selected according to the final application to ensure the performance and life of the components.

- FTEN®-1010: Filled PTFE with good wear resistance, suitable for soft mating surfaces. Color: yellow.
- FTEN®-1011: Filled PTFE with good wear resistance, recommended for hard surfaces. Color: dark red.
- FTEN®-1012: Filled PTFE with good wear resistance and low porosity. Food contact approved (EU, FDA). Color: milky white.
- FTEN®-1013: Filled PFTE with good wear resistance, suitable for use in dry and water/steam applications. Color: black.
- FTEN®-1014: Filled, non-abrasive PTFE, suitable for soft mating surfaces. Characterized by a good coefficient of friction and dissipative capacity. Color: black.
- FTEN®-1015: Filled PTFE with good chemical and wear resistance. It has a low coefficient of friction. Color: beige.
- FTEN®-1016: Filled PTFE, self-lubricating, characterized by low coefficient of friction and great wear resistance. Color: gold.
- FTEN®-1028: Filled PFTE with good wear resistance in dry conditions. It has good thermal conductivity. Color: black.
