Hot-forged components, in rough or semi-finished forms, for a wide range of industrial applications. Hot-forged components, available in rough or semi-finished forms, are used across various industries, including tunneling, drilling and mining, automotive applications, industrial vehicles, the maritime industry, the petrochemical industry, and many other. The products are available in weights ranging from 10 kg to 500 kg.
Rolled rings are produced with various types of steel (such as alloy steel, carbon steel, hot-workable steel, and carburized steel), with diameters ranging from Ø 400 mm (minimum thickness 50 mm) to Ø 1,500 mm (maximum thickness 400 mm).
Forging production capacity: over 1500 tons of forged components per month.
Heat treatment production capacity: over 900 tons per month.
