Starrco - Gate Houses
Gate houses from Starrco are custom modular enclosures for any type of physical location or security situation. These custom portable shelters can be used for a variety of purposes and are ideal for use as an access control gate house. These portable enclosures often double as a guard booth or cashiers booth and come equipped with structural framework support to protect the occupants. These heavy-duty booths feature structural members of either anodized aluminum or steel with a rust retardant finish. Walls, ceiling and floor have a solid impact resistant core with a durable aluminum or vinyl covered finish. As with any Starrco modular building, gate houses are shipped fully assembled and ready for immediate use.
Starrco Modular Offices for sale are designed to comply with structural requirements of the International Building Code, with regard to load-bearing design, roof deflection and lateral load resistance. A Starrco prefabricated office can also be designed to meet earthquake zone requirements.
Fire ProtectionStarrco’s DL wall systems have gypsum board panels and commercial grade 20ga. steel doors with 18ga. steel frames. All components of these wall systems are non-combustible. The sandwich panels have been tested by Guardian Fire Testing Laboratories in accordance to ASTM-E-2768. These modular wall panels were found to be class A fire resistant with a flame spread of less than 5 and a smoke density of less than 10. Copies of the test results are available upon request.
ElectricalAII electrical components are UL listed. The electrical handy box meets NEC (National Electric Code) requirements
AccessibilityADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliant locksets and door closers are available upon request. Starrco’s standard doors meet the width requirements for the ADA.
