ecowirl - Model M Series -Generator
The ecowirl technology enables a new dimension of mixing and separation, including new degassing and precipitation processes. The system has no moving parts and therefore guarantees a very high level of reliability. It is expected that the ecowirl process will change many other industries and their processes.
The construction and all surfaces are self-cleaning. The system perfectly processes the direct supply of a sterile additive with up to 50% solids content. The design of this inflow is such that there are no areas with low flow. The ecowirl m turbo outflow also leads to perfect hygiene and mixing quality in the main pipe. The entire ecowirl m process meets the highest mixing and dosing requirements: simple, compact, responsive, hygienic and ecological.
The ecowirl technology uses existing process water and completely dispenses with the need for fresh water. Due to the minimal use of technology in just three system components and a sensor lock, the system is extremely low-maintenance and, thanks to the self-cleaning design that always has full flow, is more sterile than traditional mixing and dosing systems.
