BENE - Model Lipon -Grease Separator System

Separation of organic oils and grease in order to reduce the pressure on the sewer drain or body of water.

For commercial and industrial food production companies, in particular meat, fish and vegetable oil processors, as well as for guesthouses, hotels, grill kitchens, etc.

Organic oils and grease, liquid and solid, can be separated by the BENE LIPON. Please note, however, that the required separator power can only be reached when the temperatures are low enough. For this reason, the pipe length up to the grease separator needs to be long enough, usually 15 metres.

The biggest problem with grease separators is the strong smell (bacterial putrefaction). For this reason, the most important aim is often the prevention of unpleasant odours

BENE grease separator machines have particular advantages. Strong unpleasant odours do not develop with these systems as they are fully sealed.

Corresponding equipment makes sure that a disposal vehicle connects up outside the building and the system can execute disposal without having to be opened.

BENE grease separators integrate sludge collection, grease separation and, if required, sampling, in a single compact container. In accordance with DIN 4040-100 / EN 1825.

Separation efficiency

In accordance with DIN 4040 / EN 1825, separation efficiency of at least 92% is required.
