The NSE PB400HT is a versatile processor board designed for high-temperature applications such as downhole wireline and drilling tools, as well as other industrial environments prone to elevated temperatures. The board supports communication via CANbus and UART interfaces for broad peripheral compatibility. It has analog inputs to monitor bridge sensors, RTDs, and magnetometers, and features open drain channels for controlling relays and solenoids, also enabling PWM control. Fault detection and advanced monitoring are easily configured. The PB400 includes four general-purpose pins that function as GPIO or single-ended analog inputs and comes with embedded memory for data logging, with options for FRAM or Flash memory based on capacity needs. The PB400 is housed in an aluminum chassis, making it robust against high shock and vibration scenarios.

The board has an embedded memory that allow for logging of key data. Default the PB400 is installed with a FRAM memory but an optional Flash memory can be installed if larger memory size is required.

The PB400 is delivered in an aluminum chassis and is designed to operate in a very high shock and vibration environment.
