Vastuna - Model B Series -Horizontal BTA Drilling Machine

The horizontal BTA drilling machine, co-developed and designed by Mollart, UK, is engineered for precision deep hole drilling through a variety of materials, particularly round bar stocks. This machine series, known under the B Series, includes models such as B-2000R, B-3000R, B-4000R, B-5000R, and B-6000R, each featuring a single spindle for drilling depths ranging from 2000mm to 6000mm and capable of achieving diameters between Ø18mm to Ø150mm. The B Series also supports boring diameters from Ø150mm to Ø200mm. Known for their advanced design and manufacturing technology, BTA machines incorporate a four-speed gearbox for enhanced torque output and operational safety. They are equipped with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controllers and come with standard accessories like chip conveyors, coolant pumps, working lights, and an English operation manual. Optional accessories include full cover safety guards and oil centrifugal extractors. Furthermore, the B Series differentiates itself from the BV Series by employing a special spindle and rack and pinion feeding mechanism designed for high torque output.
