Model LSM-125 -Hose Pump
The LSM-125 hose pump is suitable for pumping of thicker fluids. The pump can manage everything from sludge, glue, acids, concrete, and food in large quantities. The pump is largely used in the agriculture-, biogas-, mine-, and fishing industry, since the pump can manage larger particles.
As a standard, the pump is made from steel, and hereafter heat galvanized. The pump can also be made from stainless steel, should this be a demand. The pump can also be made from regular steel, and thereafter powder painted. We offer special types of coatings for use in harsh environments. This pump can also be ordered with a hydraulic power engine.
Different from our competitors, the LSM pump has the advantage of having a larger pump case, which means the hose is longer and therefore able to perform more per revolution. This means we can make the same volume as our competitors, but with lower speed, resulting in a longer lifespan of the gear and hose. This special role of adjustment gives the hose optimal compression, lower level of friction, better lubrication, and less power consumption than other pumps – especially pumps with collector shoes.
LSM offers four different types of hoses such as standard, natural, EPDM, Nitril, and food approved hose.
