MECART - HVAC Systems
HVAC stands for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning. It is a general term for indoor environmental comfort, which creates indoor air quality (air change per hour, CFM, temperature and humidity).
Mecart will design and build an HVAC system to meet any types of cleanrooms ventilation needs and will install the entire system, including clean room ducting.
Our custom-made horizontal or vertical air handling units are perfect for space restrictions. Different engineering configurations and air tunnel options are also available which can be located on the floor or on the roof. They can be preassembled at Mecart or pre-fabricated and assembled on site.
Mecart designs HVACs using our experience and expertise. Clean room performance and compliance is directly related to the ventilation. As stated in ISO standard 14644-1, “to minimize the introduction, generation and retention of particles, the clean room must be supplied with a large quantity of air filtered with high efficiency filters (HEPA or ULPA) to dilute and remove particles, bacteria and chemicals from within the room”. This is the HVAC’s job. Mecart guarantees the performance and compliance of its HVAC cleanroom systems.
Our HVAC systems are heavy-duty and maintenance free. Factory-installed components and control systems simplify job-site coordination, reduce installation time and expenses, and provide single-source responsibility for warranty and service issues.
