The SMK combines the unique capabilities of its class of the OilWear® sensor with a built-in HMI display, allowing relevant information to be displayed at the machine. With its advanced technology, the sensor is able to detect particles and bubbles larger than 4 microns in the machine fluid and classify them into different size ranges. This information is presented in real time, providing accurate data on the machine status based on the contamination of its fluids. The SMK is a plug&play integration kit, compatible with all hydraulic systems regardless of their brand or design. It includes a flow condition solution to monitor operating conditions in pressurized or depressurized systems, regardless of fluid dynamics. Its HMI display includes all the necessary functionalities to control the system, view data in real time, store and retrieve it via USB. In addition, you can connect remotely and digitalize the lubricant-based condition monitoring of your assets.
