Hydroponics fodder sprouting system refers to the fodder grown in a controlled environment using water but no soil is involved. it uses automatic temperature control and automatic watering system to cultivate the barley sprout, maize sprout, sorghum sprout, and other green sprout for animal fresh fodder. Over time,the uses of Hydroponics fodder sprouting technologies have enabled production of animal fodder in a record six days, this mode of hydroponics fodder sprouting machine is now widely practiced in a greenhouse to alter the climatic conditions thereby hastening growth of the fodder. It is easy to be managed which makes cultivation of green grass in large, small and medium sized farms (for camels, cattle, horses, deer and sheep, etc. ) more suitable for desert, Gobi desert, islands as well as other drought and water shortage countries and regions whose natural environment is not suitable for plant growth.
Construction Feature of Hydroponics Fodder Sprouting System
There are two types of the hydroponics fodder sprouting machine, one is the small type, daily output of the green fodder is from 25kg/d-500kg/d, the machine body is made of composite foam board, if customer want to choose the polyurethane insulation board material, we could customized it. There is also bigger type, daily fresh fodder output could be 500kg-1500kg/d. the big type machine is made of the rebuilt refrigerator shipping container which could make sure the constant temperature and moisture with its own special material.
Working principle of Hydroponics fodder sprouting system
Control system: Full automatic. By PLC control system, machine could automatically control temperature, watering, and machine on and off.
Irrigation System:Micro sprinklers,On above of each tray, there is a water sprayer nozzle which could make sure all the sprout in every tray could get average water which is more advanced than the old type fodder machine.
Lighting system:There are LED growing light which could accelerate the root and leaf growing.
Sterilization system:Ozone generator, Which could sterilized the mould.
This kind of sprout machine achieves the full automatic of producing process, its advantages are saving time, saving labor, low consumption, and no noise
