With our “LightSpeed” and "Near Infrared" models, our drying systems are designed to dry even the most demanding water-based inkjet applications by efficiently transferring energy for faster line speeds, cooler substrates and surrounding equipment, and reduced electrical consumption.
Fannon "LightSpeed" InkJet Drying Systems are designed to dry water based and solvent based inks on all types of glossy and non-glossy substrates. These systems utilize highly efficiency short wavelength Infrared lamps with our patented 24K gold reflector that focuses the infrared energy into the ink pattern.
Fannon IR Dryers work at high speeds for a low cost. Our unique lamps allow ink to dry efficiently, so that less energy is being wasted, and more money stays in your company`s pocket.
All Fannon "LightSpeed" InkJet Drying Systems utilize their patented, energy efficient, “Goldenrod” infrared lamps, which incorporate a 24K gold reflector that directs and focuses virtually 100% of the infrared energy where it is needed--at the paper.
