NX -Â Model WRC200 -Integrated Rack Design (IRD) System
The Integrated Rack Design (IRD) enables the easy installation of an array of modules, in a compact footprint, with minimal engineering effort. The WRC200 dNF modules are designed for water treatment, including ground and surface water, as well as industrial and municipal wastewater reuse. These modules excel in removing color, turbidity, and dissolved organic molecules, including micropollutants such as pharmaceuticals, pesticides, and PFAS. The modules offer outstanding pH and chlorine resistance, require minimal pretreatment, no coagulation and produce no sludge. With dNF40 and dNF80, two different types of dNF membranes are available offering different flux and rejection characteristics. The choice between dNF40 and dNF80 depends on specific requirements and objectives of the application.
The Integrated Rack Design (IRD) is a cutting-edge solution designed to optimize water treatment processes. This innovative system offers several significant advantages that make it a standout choice for various applications.
Small Footprint
The IRD features a compact design, allowing it to occupy minimal space. This is particularly beneficial in installations where space is limited. Whether it’s a small industrial facility or a municipal setting, the IRD can be easily integrated, making efficient use of available space.
Easy On-Site Assembly
With the IRD’s modular design, on-site assembly becomes a straightforward task. The system has been engineered for effortless installation, eliminating the need for complex procedures. This ensures a smooth and efficient setup process, saving valuable time and resources.
Modular Design
The IRD’s modular nature offers flexibility and scalability. The system can be easily expanded or customized by adding or removing modules according to specific requirements. This adaptability allows for seamless integration with existing infrastructure and ensures optimal performance.
Cost effective
Cost-effectiveness is a crucial consideration in water treatment solutions. The IRD has been designed with an emphasis on affordability without compromising performance. By streamlining the engineering process and utilizing cost-effective materials, the IRD provides excellent value for your investment.
At the core of the IRD are our advanced dNF membranes. These membranes employ a low fouling hollow fiber configuration, enabling the removal of organic compounds and dissolved ions in a single step. Manufactured using a patented layer-by-layer process, these membranes offer precise rejection and flux properties, ensuring optimal filtration performance.
The dNF membranes excel in a wide range of water treatment applications. They effectively address challenges such as color removal, COD/ BOD removal, PFAS concentration, microplastics removal, and the removal of viruses, bacteria, and endocrine disruptors. The membranes are also suitable for reclaiming industrial wastewater and removing medicine residues. Their versatility makes them a valuable tool for troubled water treatment.
Our dNF modules feature an open, low fouling configuration that eliminates obstruction by spacers commonly found in spiral wound membranes. These modules can be conveniently backwashed for maintenance, ensuring continuous operation. The robust chemistry of our membranes allows for cleaning with chlorine and operation at extreme pH levels, effectively controlling biofouling in high fouling applications.
In summary, the Integrated Rack Design (IRD) is an innovative solution for water treatment, utilizing the advanced dNF membrane modules. With its small footprint, modular design, and simplified installation process, the IRD offers efficiency and performance without the unnecessary complexities. Choose the IRD for your water treatment needs and embrace a more streamlined approach to integrated design.
