KZO - KML System
The KML system offered by Koneckie Zakłady Odlewnicze S.A. includes high-quality cast iron pipes and fittings designed for robust and durable infrastructural applications. These components are crafted from gray cast iron EN-GJL-150 with a flake graphite structure, adhering to the stringent standards of DIN1561. The pipes in this system feature an inner epoxy resin coating ranging between 220-300 µm, while the fittings receive a high-opacity gray powder paint of approximately 250 µm thickness. The exterior of the pipes is fortified with a zinc layer weighing 130g/m² and an additional gray epoxy paint layer of roughly 60 µm. The fittings are similarly coated with high-opacity gray powder paint. The KML system complies with DIN EN 877 standards, making it suitable for various rigorous environments, including indoor installations and roof drainage systems, whether gravity or vacuum-based. Design offices can access 2D and 3D tools for effective planning and implementation.
