Komax - Model AEH-LS -Ferrule Wire Processing Module

The AEH-LS ferrule module crimps loose ferrules on pre-stripped wires. The wire is easily inserted and a sensor monitors the presence of a ferrule. The AEH-LS module for loading wires with ferrules of length 6, 8, 10 or 12 mm can be optionally integrated in most Komax wire processing machines. The TopWin user interface or HMI is easy to use, and in combination with an inkjet marker, the wires can also be labeled with text and numbers as desired. For process reliability, wire end processing supports insertion into the terminal and a sensor checks whether the ferrule is present. This processing increases the electrical safety inside the control cabinets. The AEH-LS is particularly economical thanks to its large processing range of 0.5 to 2.5 mm² (optionally 0.35 and 4 mm²) and short changeover times.
