MaxiMem - Model 200 ml - 100l -Lab Membrane Unit
A flexible unit for all pressure driven membrane processes: reverse osmosis, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration and microfiltration. Easy change of membrane module: flat-channel or tubular ceramic for screening of membranes and spiral wound modules for larger membrane area and scale-up. Feed vessel with 2.5 or 5 l volume or any external feed vessel, big enough for all lab applications.
Complete system:
The MaxiMem is a complete filtration system on a stainless steel frame. The feed pump is frequency controled. The stainless steel control cabinet contains a PID temperature controler for the jacketed feed vessel or heat exchanger and the membrane modules. Electronic display and data recording of pressure, temperature, feed flow and optionally permeate flow.
