Landsky - Large Scale Double-Deck Linear Vibrating Screen

As vibration source, the exciters are installed on exciter beam of screen box. While ore material going onto screen deck, the whole vibrating system consist of material and screen box supported by coil springs Eccentric blocks with?1ua1 mass are respectively?stalled on two axles of exciter, and supported by two bearings. Shaft Is driven to rotate by the force from motor driver, and eccentric mass on two axles are rotating reversely through a pair of helical gears trans-milting in the middle. The centrifugal force sometimes superposes and offsets, which makes the vibration system into reciprocating linear vibration, with maxi-mal amplitude up to 16mm.
