Komax ILC Bench Top - Model 30/20 BTS -Laser Wire Stripping System
The versatile laser wire stripping system ILC Bench Top is designed for demanding applications, complex wire/cable constructions, and optimized for outer diameters ranging from 8 to 20 mm. The ILC Bench Top range offers versatile wire processing capabilities with its high-accuracy laser rotary cutting head. This advanced laser wire stripper can handle multiple wire gauges without compromising the cut quality. The programmed capabilities ensure fast and simple changes from one wire to another, even when using different gauges and constructions. One model in the ILC Bench Top range is the ILC-30/20 BTS. It features a 30-watt laser source and is optimized for wires with an outer diameter of 8 to 20 mm (0.3 to 0.8 in), with a maximum outer diameter of 1 to 20 mm (0.04 to 0.8 in). The ILC-30/20 BTS can perform circular cuts, straight slits, and spiral slits. These features make the ILC Bench Top an efficient solution for a wide range of wire processing applications.
Processing a wide variety of wires
The ILC-30/20 BTS laser wire stripping system uses a high-power infrared laser to process a wide range of insulation materials, including coaxial cable dielectric and multilayer composite jackets.
EasyCutting Config software simplifies setting adjustments and enables the creation of single-cut or multi-step programs. QR codes facilitate quick program transfer.
The longitudinal slit feature on the BTS version facilitates insulation removal on challenging and complex wires and cables. The ILC laser wire stripper is also capable of creating window strips.
Maintenance is limited to regular cleaning operations. All necessary tools are provided and stored in the integrated maintenance tray.
Once loaded into the ILC Bench Top wire stripping machine, the programs can be selected manually or by scanning a barcode. Stripping starts automatically after the wire insertion.
