SCADA Vision Station Dashboard

SCADA Vision is the pump station monitoring SCADA software that provides an overview of your entire group of pump stations with complete historical information about every condition signaled by the pump station RTU.

The Pump Dashboard is provided for each pump and gives detailed information about the pump operation and allows manual operation of the pump.  In fact, with the necessary VFD controls and data available, door mounted VFD HMIs are not necessary.
Included on the screen are:

Pump status

  • “Soft” HAND-OFF-AUTO selector switch
  • Total run hours
  • Number of starts
  • Run duration (of last cycle, present cycle if running)
  • If enabled, MOTOR Vision alarm indicator and access button With VFD
  • Manual speed control (%)
  • Drive speed reference (%)
  • Drive speed feedback (Hz)
  • kW
  • Drive fault status—actual fault condition is indicated and logged

When the MOTOR Vision option is connected to a PUMP Vision controller, the pump motor is very closely monitored for signs of trouble, especially important for submersible pumps.
