InvivoGen - Model TLR2 -Ligands Cells

Specifically, TLR2 is involved in the recognition of cell-wall components, such as lipoproteins from Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria, lipoteichoic acid from Gram-positive bacteria only, lipoarabinomannan from mycobacteria, and zymosan from yeast.

TLR2 recognizes a wide range of ligands in association  with TLR1 or TLR6.

InvivoGen provides a diverse collection of TLR2 ligands, which includes heat-killed bacteria and several cell-wall components.

These TLR2 ligands are biologically validated using HEK-Blue™ TLR2 Cells.
