The design of skid meets project specifications required by EPC and customer, and implements local standards and regulations. The skid is designed to meet SIS, HAZOP, and the electrical system is designed to meet ATEX or IEC and other explosion-proof requirements according to customer requirements.
Loading process can be achieved by LNG loading arm or LNG loading hose. LNG loading arm has the advantage of flexible and convenient for operation, saving time and manpower, achieving solo operation, with high safety and low leakage rate. LNG hose loading is cheap and space-saving, and has a larger scope of envelop.
Our company focus on the central control SCADA system, which is developed to control the loading area of LNG tankers. It can cooperate with weight bridge or flow computer for business billing.
The explosion-proof casing of the controller and instrument is safe and reliable, and the large screen displays complete loading process, which is convenient and intuitive. The batch controller independently designed and developed by CCLPEC meets the requirements of IEC explosion protection. It integrates IC card reader and keyboard to realize identity recognition. It is specially designed for LNG loading and unloading services, it can achieve automatic nitrogen purge, pre-cooling, full-speed loading, shutdown and other processes. The large screen will display instructions for reminding operator to operate according to process, eliminate manual mistake, and improve safety.
With RS485 interface, supporting MODBUS RTU protocol. According to user monitoring needs, there are two working modes, manual mode and IC card mode. The controller is connected to IC card reader, which is convenient for users to confirm online.
Detailed operation guidance during the operation process, using the progress bar to display the filling process, simple and intuitive.
The flow rate is dynamically adjusted through the control valve to achieve the best filling control performance.
The shut-off valves on the liquid phase pipeline, gas phase pipeline and other pipelines are directly connected to the SIS system, or equipped with dual solenoid valves to achieve dual control. According to customer requirements, the valves on the pipeline can be controlled with pneumatic actuators, to improve automatic control level of the loading skid.
It can accept three sets of ESD switch signals, the anti-static detection switch signals, two sets of loading arm position switch signals, and collect three sets of temperature signals, three sets of pressure signals, with interlock alarm.
