LogicOil - Automatic Viscometer
The LogicOil Automatic Viscometer is an advanced, modular bench-top autosampler specifically designed for the measurement of Houillon viscosity, adhering to ASTM D7279 standards and correlating with ASTM D2270. This device caters to industries such as petrochemical, lubricant blending, and research laboratories, where small sample size and quick, reliable results are paramount. It uses a Houillon capillary tube to determine kinematic viscosity across a range of materials, including lubricating oils and polymers. Available in configurations with two or four tube systems and capable of operating in 40°C and 100°C baths, this fully expandable system supports robotic integration for greater precision and efficiency. The AutoLAB VISC variant further enhances automation by utilizing a robotic arm for sample handling, allowing high-throughput analysis with minimal human intervention, thus increasing operational efficiency.
