Marine loading arm(MLA) is usually installed on onshore terminal for loading and unloading gas and oil carried by tanker. Double raceways of swivel joints are processed by precision CNC machine and treated by nitriding. The rotating part of swivel joint is made of GCr15 with hardness of HRC60.

Marine loading arm is an equipment specially used for loading / unloading oil and gas carried by tanker and oil carrier. The marine loading arms produced by CCLPEC adopt an independent supporting structure, decreasing the load on pipes and swivel joints. The main pipeline only bears the weight of the liquid or gas, thus reducing the leakage rate and extending the service life. CCLPEC can provide standard marine loading arm and marine loading arm equipped with vapor return arm. The size of standard MLA is from 6 inches to 16inches (DN150 to DN400), and the size of MLA with vapor return arm is 6 inches + 3 inches, 8 inches + 4 inches, 10 inches + 6 inches, 12 inches + 8 inches, 14 inches + 8 inches and other customized size. The main materials is available for caron steel, low temperature carbon steel, SS304, SS316, SS3156L etc, based on American standard materials and British standard, and electrical components are available with ATEX or IEC explosion-proof certification.
